Returns & Refunds

At Hybrid Florist, we pride ourselves in providing our clients with only the finest flowers & plants. Every order is important to us and we make every effort to ensure quality of our products and provide accommodating service.

Damaged Order

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can take the appropriate action. Please include your order number and include photos. We will either organize a remplacement delivery or issue a full refund.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. 

Order Not Delivered

If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24-48 hours to conduct a complete investigation into the matter.
In many cases, delivery was attempted but no one was available to accept delivery and no one was able to take delivery on the recipient’s behalf. If this is the case, Hybrid Florist reserves the right to attempt redelivery of your order.
On the rare occasion that we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

Rejected Delivery

If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Hybrid Florist will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.


In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, the recipient should contact Hybrid Florist to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.


Hybrid Florist reserves the right to substitute flowers, plants, and containers due to seasonal availability. Any substitutions made will always be of equal or greater value. Please read our Substitution Policy for more details.


All order cancellations must take place prior to delivery. Once delivered, no refunds for cancellation will be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted because a customer provides incorrect delivery information. In this case, the customer may obtain corrected information, providing this information to Hybrid Florist for proper delivery.


In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Hybrid Florist reviews each order carefully, comparing the information provided with direct bank account or credit card issuer information, when applicable. In any instance where we feel an order is questionable and/or fraudulent, we will attempt to contact the ordering party to determine if the information provided was in error or is truly an act of fraud. We reserve the right to reject any order of this nature.
