How can I access a gift card which has never been received?
If you have not received your gift card by email immediately after purchase, you need to email us contact@hybridflorist.com so we can resend you the gift card.
Does my gift card expire?
Your gift card is valid 5 years from date of purchase.
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
Customers can't check their own gift card balance, but we can check the balance for you if you contact us contact@hybridflorist.com. We will provide you with the information.
Can I redeem my gift card in store?
Yes, you can use your gift card both online and in our store.
Can my gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes, you can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can I use my gift card to buy another gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can my gift card be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, as gift cards are a form of payment.
Can I apply a discount to the purchase of a gift card?
No, our gift cards are excluded from any sales and promotions.
Can I pay for an order that includes a subscription with my gift card?
Yes, you can use gift cards to pay for your first payment. However, you can't use your gift card to pay for recurring subscriptions.
