If a specific item is unavailable, we will make every effort to obtain the item or to match it as closely as possible. We will make sure to hand-select the best items available to assure the highest quality and maintain the overall style (size, color combinations, shape) of the chosen arrangement.
Any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value.
